1. Does the customer pay for vending machine cost?

Candy Lady vending has complimentary vending machines that are shipped, placed, and operated with no cost or risk to the customer.

2. Can I request different snack options?

Candy Lady wants to ensure that the machines are stocked with balanced choices that the customers will enjoy daily and snacking options are negotiable at any time.

3. How does the referral program work?

Candy Lady will receive the information, contact the person, and negotiate to place the machine within the first 30 days of the referral. After 60 days of installation, an incentive is sent out.

4. Will I have to reissue refunds to my employees or customers?

Candy Lady Vending will have ePort debit & credit card readers that will assist the customers. For refund disputes, please contact the customer service line at: 816-384-1652

For Cash Paying customers: We will issue a refund within 24-48 hours upon examining the vending machine and customer request. Please contact the customer service line at: 816-384-1652
